Question media.fastclick.net, is it spyware?

Hey, i was just wondering i get this in the form of popup sometimes and its quite annoying. I have run numerous sptware removers but the little blighter isnt being detected.

It pops up sometimes when i click on external links, but particularly when im signing into MSN Hotmail.

I've noticed them a few times. FireFox tells me it's blocked one of their pop-ups, but it still opens anyway. I don't think it's anything local as I'm sure my machine is clean, rather I assume they know of a way to get around pop-up blockers.

Whatever the case, they are becoming somewhat annoying!

Which browser do you use when this happens?

I use Firefox, but when i want to check Hotmail, and im signed into MSN Messenger, i click the email link and it launches IE. This also happens when using IE, could it be something to do with my Hosts file?

Doesn't look like it is malware , infact i.e. the mydoom virus even changes the host file to prevent access to it..

Try deleting the fastclick cookie and post a hjt log.
