Yea if it didn't let you delete it, it would still be in
HJT.
Give this a try, boot back into safe mode. Go to your navigate to C:\Windows\repair\
right click on keyip.dll and try to rename it.
If it still won't let you, go to Start, Run, and type in cmd in the dialog box. Once in command, type in cd C:\ and hit enter, then type cd Windows\repair and hit enter
next type in del keyip.dll and hit enter.
If either of those work, rerun CCleaner, rerun
HJT and fix the listings joe told you to before. Then reboot and run
HJT again and post your new log.
