Default [Answered] comp shuts down when i run scans
i have tried to run housecall, both in reg mode and safe mode. it shows that i have a virus when the scan is about halfway through, then the comp shuts down. i also tried running avast; same result. please help. thank you, boyd.

Can you post a log from Hijackthis? Select "scan and safe a log" and post the content of that log please.
