im not too good on the understanding of computer, but here it goes...

im on blueyonder broadband, my computers packard bell with XP on, when i am connected to the internet my computer will crash and restart itself. also when i am downloading audio files etc. it seems to become a more frequent problem.. can anyone help me please!?

Maybe you have an virus or some other mal-ware infection , try some anty spyware apps and online virus scans and after that can you post a hijackthis log? see links below.

Also if you dont want it to restart so you can read the error mesage right click my computer...click properties...Advanced...startup and recovery..settings untick the box that says automaticly restart.That way you can write down the message it gives and pass it on to us
