Can someone help me sort out this weird behavior my Pc is having?

1. When I Ctrl+Alt+Delete to bring up the close program window, it just appears for a second and then disappears.

2. When I'm on the internet, something drains my bandwidth. I've scanned for viruses, adware & spyware with 2 seperate programs and removed what was found. But its still there!

3. When I try to access a certain webpage to send free texts, it loads up not to the end though, so the page dosnt finish loading. It says its waiting on the website in status bar, but nothing happens after ages!

Joe posted a link that has since become broken. However, Master J has all the symptoms of malware infection. Sometimes it's not that you remove the Rotten Little Monsters, but HOW you remove the RLMs.
