Teatimer is a part of Spybot S&D (the bit that actively monitors spyware). It is harmless and as Spybot S&D is a great tool used by 1000's of PC owners, it won't hurt your computer a bit

it doesnt show up when i scan just pops up with teatimer
and i have said allow and disalow and then scan it still doesnt show up iv have done all the scans ad-aware panda housecall and like 5 other scans even norton im going to go and get hijackthis and ill post a log back in a sec
