Default Low hissing noise

Hello I just installed windows 7 and have gotten everything up and running and now my speakers have a very low hissing noise. I am using
Creative SB X-fi sound card and 5.1 logitech speaker system. Its just a very low hissing noise almost like feedback of some sort low enough that when I am doing something I can't really hear it.

My sound other than that works totally fine. Just wanted to know if its normal background noise of the computer or if it is something conflicting and creating this hissing noise.

Nvm guess the speakers are supposed to make a faint noise like that just for being on. Never noticed it before but also never had my ear so close to the speakers.
