I reinstalled windows recently, reinstalled sound card drivers etc, but nothing seems to work, in device manager my headset comes up with a yellow question mark as a C-media Audio Device, which is what it is, but i can't use it.
And when i go to sound options, everything is grayed out
Volume: No sound device, and it's like that throughout the whole Sound Section, input device, playback, recording etc
Does anybody know what the hell is wrong? This is the first time it happened when ive reinstalled windows, and it's bugging the hell outta me.
Also motherboard is Biostar TA780G with Realtek HD Audio chipset, which is fully enabled in Bios.....
Thanks.

Ok,go in device manager disable the device and restart your computer and let's see if that reloads the device...
