Question Using two speaker setup's on one sound card

Hey, I'm somewhat of a beginner when it comes to this sort of thing. I can easily understand and wire one speaker setup, but I would like to set up two speaker setup's to play in unison on my computer.

My soundcard is Sound Blaster X-Fi

My current speaker setup is Logitech Z-2300

And the second setup I would like to play alongside with my current one is Logitech X-540

One setup is 2.1 and the other is 5.1. The reason I want to do this is to have seven speakers and two subwoofers placed around the room. Let me know if I have any options or if I'm even making sence!

Thanks,

Hi and welcome to PCHF!

Well, the way that I would do it would be get a splitter and just hook it up with that. You can find a cheap one here: Newegg.com - BELKIN White Headphone Splitter for iPod Model F8V234-WHT - Apple iPod Accessories.

You may want to wait for someone else to answer to see if there is a better way of doing this.

Regards,
Adam
