To make it a bit easier, I'll answer these one by one:

Yes, I've tried this multiple times. Each time I restart, the "New Hardware Found Wizard" comes up. The problems is that the wizard does not recognize what it is, so I must manually point to a location that has the drivers. After pointing it to the correct directory, it returns the "hardware was not installed [...]" message. Please see earlier screenshots for reference.

Yes, I only use custom any time I use Windows Updates and all updates (except for the Ethernet driver) are installed. The ethernet driver installed is already working.

If you could let us know what is not listed in device manager would be great.

Unfortunately I'm at work right now, so I'm not able to go through each device in the device manager, but like I noted before, the only peripheral on the motherboard right now is the video card, which has the drivers properly installed and is working correctly. Everything except the onboard audio seems to be working correctly. Plugged into the back ports are only my monitor, keyboard, mouse, CAT-5 cable, printer (drivers installed and working), a 500Gb USB hard drive, and speakers that aren't receiving any signal from the PC.
One thing I have not tested are the front USB ports, which I'll have to do when I get home later. However, I have installed all of the available drivers from the Asus support website for my specific board, including the VIA 4-in-1 drivers.
