when my laptop is for some hours on the sound and internet stopps working then i have too reboot im running windows xp and maybe i have to replace the sound card

As its a laptop it maybe getting a little over heated.Your internet service provider maybe the problem why your IE closes?
Try cleaning out temp files/cookies and history from IE tools/internet options.
Or to clean out temp files clcik start then run type in box %temp% click ok,you can clean out temp files from there.

when i checked the problem it was worse sound net and games (video card not working i have tried to restart the services reformated a few times too =( but maybe i have to send it in to service check =(

Hello and welcome back.You have reformatted?Then you need to download the drivers and reinstall them for your make and model of laptop.
If the laptop is under warrantee then take it in for a service?Downloading and click run does not mean the drivers are installed you should try manualy installing from device manager.Update to IE7 from microsoft.
