Default Help with driver

Hi. Was wondering if anyone could help find an audio driver. Reformatted a old computer for sister in law. She wants it for her Grand Kids, for learning programs. Running Windows 2000
I have searched all over and even loaded Driver Genius on machine and it doesn't even see it. Even used Driver Genius to back up drivers and it missed this driver. Have found a driver for it but after loading it still left with 3 items with ? in the Device Manager. The sound card is a on board. Has the joy stick and 3 plug in's (head phones etc). It shows as
CMI 8330/C3D Audio adapter. This is driving me nuts. And I just threw away 3 old sound cards last week. She needs sound for the games,
Thanks

Thanks Darklord 7854. But do I feel dumb. I D.L the file but don't know how to install it. Tried to update driver thur device manager, but get this message Windows was unable to locate a driver for this device.
uninstall all cmi 8330/c3d in the device manager and reboot tried to install that way still no go. file is to big for a floppy to try that way. there is no exe file to run or setup. I guess this shows how much I do know about computers ! And the read me file doesn't help . if this is dos setup I wouldn't have a clue how to execute.

(1. Make sure that your Windows 98 system is setup completed.
2. Turn off power and plug in sound card then turn on power.
3. Windows 98 will auto detect your sound card and ask drivers
disk. Insert the disk,Windows 98 will auto setup PnP drivers
and enter Windows 98 system. Now, you can hear the Windows
starting sound. If not, please run UINSTDRV.EXE to uninstall
PnP device drivers and reboot Windows 98 to install again.
4. Press Start button and select run item. Typing your drivers
disk path and SETUP (ex. A:\SETUP) to install sound card
Windows applications.)
Again Thanks for the help

Extract the file to a folder, go to Control Panel > Add Hardware > And it should recognize the card and try to install drivers. Do an advanced setup, and make it search for drivers in the folder you just extracted.
If it doesn't recognize it, go to computer devices in the system properties window, and go to the non-functioning hardware slots, right click > properties > update driver and point the computer to search for drivers in the folder where the zip was extracted to

I've been googling about and it seems you're not the only one looking for drivers for this card
