Default [Resolved] 4 speakers, 2 not working

My soundcard is a Creative SB CT4780, it's got 5 jacks on it
Black | Green | Pink | Blue | Yellow in that order, I have one set of speakers plugged into the green jack (as is normal) and the other into the black, only the ones in the green jack work though, to make sure it wasn't the other speakers themselves I plugged them into the green jack and they worked fine, am I totally off base here thinking that the black jack is another speaker jack? If so, what is it? (and the yellow and blue ones)?
If I'm right then how can I make it work?
If none of the other ports are speaker ports then would a Y splitter work? I would really like to have all four working

Ive had the same problem with my card, check Audio HQ and configure it to use all 4 speakers.
I had the problem on 9x/Me but they didnt support 4 speakers haha
On 2000/XP however, which im sure youre running, just configure Audio HQ by following these steps
1. Open Audio HQ
2. Go to Speakers
3. Select at the drop down menu near the top of the window 4 speakers.

What's Audio HQ?
If it came with the soundcard utilities then I don't have it, this was a pull from a dell and auto install by Windows
