ok cheers bro that sounds more like it lol :P
give it 25 - 20mins to download lol (as there site is soooooo slow)
and i installed the intel chipset file i downloaded..
there was 2 setup files one said Asus, and another said Intel Setup...
so i installed both...

ok i installed the Realtek HD Audio Driver
and once again i get the install Realtek HD Audio Driver Failure
i took a screenshot of it...

ok well thnx Hengis for trying to help...
take it you didn't know how to solve it lol...
so i just formatted my PC
reinstalled Windows XP Pro back on it
then the sound driver (off the disk)
now it says i have sound lol...
i dunno what happened last time i did it
but i have it now...
