I'm a bit useless when it comes to computers sorry but we got a new hardrive fitted about a week or so ago and now the sound won't work at all even though it is all connected. I don't really know what the problem is. Any help?
When you put the new hard drive in did you install all of your drivers as well?
Can you please take a screenshot of your device manage and upload it on your next post.
Like below
Right click My Computer Then click on Manage A new window will pop up click on Device Manager
And then press the PRTSCRN button and save it as a jpeg and upload it for us to see.
