Default Logitech Z5500 Problems :(

Hi there,

jsy got this problem this morning, when I tried to turn on the speakers, nothing happened at all. I've checked all the wires and plugs and everything is in order, tried restarting the PC also but to no avail Tis a shame as i've only had there speakers a few weeks and already they have gone wrong.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks

It is more likely a setting --either in Windows itself-- Windows Media Player-- or your soundcard controls.
I've had that set for 2-3 years -- every time it was a software issue.
They are great speakers.

Thanks for the advice, glad that someone else actually has the same setup too Seeing as you probably know what the speakers look like, it's the little control device that is seemingly not working (the little box that controls speakers, volume, bass etc.). I've checked all over the place within my PC, can you remember specifically how you have fixed your problems in the past?

Thanks
