Default [Pending] Mic portMic port causing static!

Hello there. My microphone port is causing static on Ventrilo, Teamspeak, and sound recorder even when I try and record without a microphone in. At first I thought it was my mic, so I bought a set of Icemat Siberias with a microphone and it still happens. My motherboard is a Biostar U8668D. Sound/Music plays fine through my speakers though, no problem and I can get sound from my mic, it's just full of static, disabling "1 20dB boost" helps, but doesn't fix the problem. Please help me, I just spent $150 of a new headset and mic and it doesn't even record properly. <3

Attatched file, me speaking through my mic: static.wav

Good Drivers (78%)
Bad Drivers (22%)

Do I have to pay money?
