Default Major Sound Problems

You are probably all bored of hearing this issues - but please I'm desperate!

A few days ago - my onboard sound decided to disappear from my pc. Please find my belarc system info below. I have tried other forums to no avail. Hopefully someone here can help out!

The sound and audio devices are showing a Modem#0 Line Record as the device if this helps? Happy to list any info required to help solve this.

Here's the belarc readout. PLEASE HELP!!!!

First, recommend you go to update.microsoft.com/windowsupdate/v6/default.aspx?ln=en-us and do a custom update search, then install all indicated updates.

Second, recommend using the Mr. Driver in my signature to find out what other drivers you need.
