You could make a download folder and save it there or any folder duzn't matter as long as you know where you saves it to so you can open it.

Right-click on a blank spot on your desktop --select
New
Folder
enter

When the folder appears
right-click the "new folder" tag
click on rename
Name it "downloads"
When you save a file-- save it to downloads-- if it's not in the options click the "browse" button --when you see it double-click that folder.

You don't.... that's a reference to the drivers-- it takes quite a while for Micro$oft to approve anything.
It should not make a diff for install purposes. I have ten drivers for different things none are"signed" ....bunch of BS
I would try complteley UNinstalling-- then reboot-- then reinstallng the drivers fresh.
