Radio Shack-- or British Equivalent-- a "Y" splitter-- I assume it's mini-jack like a Standard set of headphones...??
My Headset is USB-- So that's no issue for me.
The Monitor has built-in speakers ? what type of connection?

Depending on the signal produced by your soundcard... you should be able to run a splitter for at least 2-to-1.
3 might require a signal-amp/manager--
You might try a peek at you soundcard maker's site-- for output stats.

Thanks again 3 way conection isnt important as my speakers are good enough without the monitors built in ones but would realy help to have headphones conected without having to remove the main speakers all the time
