Default [Resolved] Windows wont always recognize sound card
this happened startiong a few weeks ago, whenever i use my USB wireless interenet card, when i try to open media player, it loses recognition of the sound cardm an i have to restart, but it still plays the shutdown and i can play my ipod through the input on it. help! I have the drivers on it, but it still does it!

Im not sure about this problem but a tech will probably be able to help. It will help i expect if you say the make and model of your sound card.

i think one of your USB wires are loose or they are not gettin enough power

huh? It is a PCI sound card, and the internet works great. the wirelsss adapter works, it is on a single port, drawing the max per port power of 500milli-amperes,
