Exclamation broken Speaker Out Jack utility needed to swap speaker in to mic or something?

hey i bought a new motherboard on ebay hooked it up everything was great then in an accident in which i pulled the audio in cable of my speakers out at a funny angle the green in jack no longer works.

i have gotten round this problem a little by setting my front audio to mike and rear to line in but i still dont have left or right speaker sound.

i tried installing a new sound card to no avail i think my msi on board audio conflicts i even tried disabling this on board audio aswell thought to no avail.

rather than spend more money on a new card is there any way or utility etc to simply swap all my audio from the speaker in jack to the mic one.

btw i tried this from the msi default ac97 audio mixer and it didnt work so i need some other program.
a fast response would be appreciated thanks
mike.

Hey stonerdog!
Welcome to PC Helpforum!

I may be misunderstanding you, but aren't you able to connect your speakers to standard front connection?

Hi stonerdog, there's no actual software to switch it, but you should be able to do it manually inside the case. (for the front panel connectors anyway)
