Sorry for the late reply but the problem has not been fixed yet, i changed the cable but the problem persists. I am also unable to get to the menu displayed by CyFanate. What other things can i try?

hello, i'm new here as you can tell and i'm having the same problem, sound is way to low and all the bars are raised to there highest, i thought it might be a driver, but i don't know what the sound cards name is or anything like that
