They dont seem to have any drivers for it on there website , but you can give this tool a try:

http://support.dell.com/support/down...&fileid=120687

or you could try this , go to: Control Panel/Performance and Maintenance/System/Hardware tab/device manager/double click on "keyboards" and then rightclick on youre keyboard and select "uninstall" , reboot and let windows install the driver again.

Question

:merror: OK I tried the Driver Reset Tool and it didn't detect any errors, and on my device manager it says:
Standard 101/102-Key or Microsoft Natural PS/2 Keyboard

Is it safe to uninstall? (the keyboard wont work?), can you explain what will happen, because if I do it and my keyboard is messed, I can't even tell you guys what happened.

Thanks,
Chaitanya

That is the standard keyboard driver , uninstalling/reinstalling wont have effect on those extra buttons. So no need to do that.

Did you get any cd's with the laptop? Is there a driver for it on there somewhere?

Exclamation

Hi Joe and everyone else,

I have been looking through all my stuff, and the I found the box of the laptop. I found out that the only CDs I got with my laptop are:

WordPerfect 12
Microsoft Plus! Digital Media Edition
Microsoft Plus! -(sounds, themes, etc.)

I have no idea if there is a driver for them seperately, but I'll look into it. I am willing to try any suggestions.

Thanks,
Chaitanya

P.S. -joe5- Nice avatar, I like the old one beter though.

Hey Chaitanya,

You are doing a really good job. Try installing the Microsoft Plus! sounds, themes, etc. cd into the drive and explore it to see if it has any folders for either Keyboard, or external devices, or anything of that nature.

Look forward to your reply,

TTFN
