Can you download and run this app:

http://www.alexnolan.net/software/SysSpec.exe

First press the "System" button in the top left , and then press on the little arrow next to it and select "info to clipboard" , then rightclick/paste the info in youre next post here?

And can you also have a look in youre device manager to see if there are any exclemation points and/or question marks there?

 Hey Guys,

@Chaitanya, just in case you aren't sure, to get to your Device Manager, right click on My Computer, click on Properties, then click on the Hardware tab, and finally click on Device Manager.

12? Wow, I am very impressed that you are willing to learn to do this yourself. Don't worry, we are very patient with people of all ages who are new to computers.

Look forward to your reply,

TTFN

LGW

BTW, when you type in all caps it is considered "yelling", it's OK for emphasis, but probably not for an entire message, :cheesy: LGW

Since one of the buttons work, and the sound is working, I don't think this is a hardware issue. But no matter what I try it is not working. I will be patient to find the answer, as you guys are kindly helping me.

Thanks, I'm waiting for your reply.

Chaitanya
