I tried to update the driver for the one that has the yellow mark next to it, but it wouldn't work. What would happen is it would say something like, "select the correct path" or something like that. I could probably get my dad to take a look at it later, if I can't fix it.

:-) Hiya Lethal Simian,

Don't give up. You can do this, I know you can.

It would be helpful for Zimbo if you posted your device manager shot here so he can walk you through the process tho.
It's really easy, first, pull up your device manager.
Next look for the key on your keyboard that says "PrtScrn" it may be combined with something else as well, mine is on the same key with Sys Rq.

Then open word or any image program and hit the Crtl+V keys together, that will paste the image to the open file.
Save it to your desktop.
Now open a new post back here, look down at the bottom of the post, your will see Image Hosting, select Browse..., locate your saved file on your desktop and click on it, then click Open.

Now just click host it! and several options will come up for you. Choose one of them and paste the link into your post.

Zimbo or one of us will be able to direct you from there. Or, you could post back that you want to try live support and one of us can walk you through it in real time.

Alright thanks for that screenshot..

Would you be able to right click on everything listed below the "Sound, video and game controllers" Tab and remove them.

Once you have deleted all of them, reboot your PC and let windows autodetect them again.

If is asks to for the files then just point them in the direction of the files you downloaded.

Hi buddy!
Plz check whether you have onboard sound card or not. If you have one, then locate a green port similar to RCA at the back of your PC and connect your speakers. To check if you have onboard sound card, do the following:

right click my computer
go to properties
Click hardware tab
click on device manager
locate sound, vedio and game controllers under device manager
expand it, If you see AC'97 Audio controller, then you have onboard sound. If theresn't then you will have to buy a sound card.
Cheers!

:-) Thanks for helping out Predator,

You might want to read through the thread from the beginning tho beforehand, to keep from readdressing information .

Merlin and Zimbo covered that info first.

It doesn't give me an option to remove them. There are two that have the options of "Uninstall" and "Disable". The two that have those options are Multimedia Audio Controller and Standard Game Port.
