Ok, I did that and nothing changed

You been havig some problems with your sound latley huh, only other thing I can really think of is your connection speed. yougot broadband or dialup?

Ok we have it down to where it does not work like this on your other pc. So its a problem with this pc. 99%sure its not a driver problem, but do you have you drivers updated, other than that I have never heard of this particular problem b4. But it has to be somthing spiking when your surfing to make the sound stutter.

I had a similar thing ages ago, sometimes when I was browsing a webpage I would scroll down the page and the music would go "funny". Hard to explain it would become very glitchy.

I recommend the following:

Go into your device manager and uninstall your Sound card, then reboot your machine and let windows re-install the drivers. (you could always download the latest drivers)

Make sure your windows is up to date. Do you have SP2 loaded?

Otherwise try another sound card in your PC and see whether the same problem occurs

I tried up dating the drivers and it says the best ones are already on the PC

I've tried all the other stuff, and I dont have another sound card to try it with
