What do you exactly mean with "get rid of the internet advertisments" ?
Do you mean popups? If yes , what kind of popups , and do you have a popup blocker installed or do you use the sp2 popup blocker?

If its malware related then please follow the instuctions in the "prework" link below and post the hjt and Ewido log.
