LoL.. No its me getting older.. I like the contrast ya know for us old folks we need that. Plus I look at a lcd all day at work and come home to do the same thing. Not good on the eyes.

Although I should go see if I need glasses lol..

I much prefer a dark background but wether it's my aging eyes or an aging brain, I find it hard to read or even see, blue writing on black. I will say after a session my eyes don't smart as much.

Your not wrong there mate, I have exactly the same complaint regarding blue on black text.

I dislike coloured text completely and I feel there is no need for it, although I use red text to make a point more clearer. Some posts here on the forum are all the colours of the rainbow...

OK Bear, Point taken, I've just changed a Tutorial I posted from Blue text to /green to make it easier on the eye
