Default PC Build

Hello everybody. I have been wanting to build my own pc for some time now. I am looking for suggestions. I dont really have a budget. I have a compaq pressario tower I was going to use but someone told me that compaq's tower suck and are not compatible with alot of components. I was thinking about starting with the motherboard Intel Dual Core Industrial Motherboard by BCM- NEW - eBay (item 200191500115 end time Jan-19-08 09:06:31 PST)
Is this a good motherboard? I do not play any games what so ever. But I do listen to alot of music and pretty much want to build a **** fast pc, that can run alot of programs in the background. Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance

If you have no budget, dont game, this would be a good build for you. Plenty of storage space, and powerful CPU, with lots of memory. Also, quiet fans for a good Media Center PC.
