That motherboard is fantastic, the motherboard is exactly what the name means, it is your mother of information for your PC. The motherboard is key, and that one has it all, the first thing I suggest is getting 2 gig of
ram. I suggest going to
Lower prices on computers, servers, computer parts and electronics than anywhere else! Pricewatch.com and searching around there, that is THE best website I have found for finding affordable quality parts for computers. If you are going to get an ATI card, you are going to want a different motherboard, what I found to be so superb about your choice in that motherboard is it has an SLI nvidia chipset which will really push things along when you use an nvidia video card. But if you do not use SLI you are basically putting it to waste. What SLI means Scalable Link Interface. Basically it is two video cards working in fair harmony to create fantastic results, in any case you aren't getting 200% output, it is roughly 180% performence. But that is still fantastic for a gamer. If you do intend to take advantage of SLI, I HIGHLY suggest, I can almost state that you are going to need a power supply with a higher output. ATI has a concept very similar to nvidia called crossfire. Nvidia and ATI has several differences in this concept when in the long run I have a feeling you will know which is better. First nvidia requires that both video cards are identical, ATI does not. Nvidia must release a patch for appropriate software in order to have SLI work at all with EVERY video game, so SLI works on a software level taking system resources and giving troubles with compatability. ATI works at the hardware level, all you have to do is install the two video cards and plug in your monitor to one of them (or in some cases it is required that you plug a dongle to the vga ports of both cards and then one end of the dongle attaches to your female VGA port coming from you monitor). Crossfire is compatable with all games right from the start. Good luck!
