USAGE FOR COMPUTER: I will be using the computer to listen (and download) music, playing World Of Warcraft (primary use) World of Warcraft Community Site, playing other stuff, but yeh mostly for WoW. Thankyou for ur time if u guys read and tell me the best one OR show me a better deal. BTW the site lets u swap parts and stuff. I dont know much about comptuers but im just looking for >1300 1gig ram, a good graphics card(like i know what a good one is!)

plz help me, the noob! thanks!

NB. Somebody has reccomended this:

My basic recommendations:
Comp #1 is the best. Swap out the X1600 for a 7600 GT.
Ditch the no-name PSU and put in one from Antec, Thermaltake, or other well known manufacturer. It'll be more expensive, but you can save money by getting a less powerful one. A minimum 350 to 400 W should do; Core 2s and Geforce 7600s draw very little power.
I'll refrain from making more suggestions based on manufacturer preference, but as far as PSUs go, I've seen too many systems fried by bad power supplies to put much trust in unknown brands.
Let's see, your case seems to only have 1 fan; you tend to want 2 for ideal air flow. Cooling won't be a huge problem for you, since both the Core 2s and 7600 GT run cool.
Everything else looks OK...

thanks!

Welcome to the forums BigNoob.

I'd go with comp 1 too probably. (agreeing with whoever said that)

first of all, i wouldn't swap out the x1600 for the 7600gt...ATI have much better image quality then nVidia and both those video cards are almost identicle in performance.
definatly get a name brand PSU - Enermax/Silverstone/ThermalTake are my highly recommended PSU's..i'd get a 450watt minimum - future upgrades in mind, and as the pc gets older, the psu will get weaker.

2nd fan is a good idea for airflow.

if you're wanting to look for cheaper prices throughout australia - check out staticICE :: Australia's comprehensive computer hardware and gadget price comparison search engine - it will find the cheapest parts.

thanks 4 ur help - so u reckon i should order it without getting the PSU then buy one of that site and put it in myself? (might b a bit tricky for me) r u sure i should keep those cards like that? i mean it could be that ATI has better configuartion with my game? (those reccomendations was from a WoW player that i posted in their forums)

Antec are ok...silverstone better, enermax are reportdly the best (never used them myself) and thermaltake are equal to silverstone

Also, regarding the cards...

for all game play, not just wow...i'd always stick with ATI
the only reason i haven't got an ATI card at the moment, because this card i have now was such a pure bargain...i couldn't pass it up.
