Thanks for the warm welcome : Need a wind of change and indeed Iam only on "air-cooled". ;-) the trick is to have your psu with double fans and the max power watt at 450w above - Iam using icute

Looks like this post is a lone laptop amongst a breed of high end desktops. I've just changed laptops from an AMD 3200+ system to one based around a Intel's Centrino 1.8 c/w 2MB cache. Spec below.
