Kind of a lite day right now:
2x FireFox
Winamp (streaming a tech show)
Notepad ( may find something here that I'll want to check out later)
iTunes updating podcasts
Yahoo IM
MSN IM
Out dated Sygate Firewall (comes in handy if I want to block all net traffic while I play games)
I think Avast is on too

Mainly use Firefox for web browsing, although the new IE is quite an improvement. Only other things that are running is Zone Alarm, and WinPatrol.

WM Player (occasionaly)

I only have 256 MB's of RAM, so i need all the space i can get lol.

i've currently got IE (for CRM) open.
2x notepad
Spark (an IM program we use at work so we can send messages to everyone while we're on the phone)
Firefox (with 5 tabs open...1 on PCHF of course)
Outlook
4 remote desktop connections
2 vnc connections
