I'm not really concerned with more memory as i am with getting FASTER memory ( i think I'm running single channel DDR 400?) Anyway I've seen a 2.4 GHz P4 with 256 MB of PC3200 Smoke my machine (I have a 3000+Athlon with 512 MB and a GForce 5200FX and...LOL... a 20 GB HDD) so after that i' want to grab up a better GFX card and THEN i want to set up a RAID array (just because i don't know how yet).

PEACE!!

Wink I'm getting it all!

I'm just going to get a whole new computer, probably a laptop with a docking station and an LCD monitor. My PC is almost six years old, time to trade up.

Just upgraded to an Athlon 64 with MoBo and Memory. It'll be storage next. Either a new SATA drive or maybe a DVD drive (probably RW)

Hmm, something else I'd have thought. I'm happy with my current configuration at the moment. In fact, I'd probably go about buying a new system all together if anything.

If I'd be upgrading anything though, I suppose it'd have to be acquiring a more suitable hard-drive. I have three as it is, totalling just over 50 gig, but in this day & age...that ain't enough. I'd do with finding a bargain 120+ gig from eBay.
