Is it possible for someone to hack into my msn to listen to my video call conversation with my friends? and also how to detect and remove it?

My housemate seems to know what i said in video call with my friend living overseas. May be i am being paranoid

Well it seems there is a tool out there that can exploit MSN video but I'm not prepared to comment on it.
