Hi. Im new here and would really appreciate anybody's help. I've been to other forums and got no help from them

I had problems with my pc and and got rid of loads of malware. After removing them I was left with no audio device and my USB ports aren't functioning anymore (can't go on the internet now coz I need the USB port for my modem).

I was ready to give up and just refromat my pc, but I have some files I want to backup. I could've just easily saved them on a cd but my drive d isn't working either.

Right now all I really want is to backup my files.
Anyone have any suggestions on how to do this?

Firstly lets try and get your driver install for some of your hardware issues.

What is make and model number of your computer?I can search for drivers for you.

What operating system are you running?

You can backup using a USB pen drive,external hard drive,floppy,and of course disk but as we know already disk drive not working.

You can even backup some data online some ISP do a online backup system like BT free of course.

Drivers can be downloaded on another computer and transfered via a disk to the problem machine.

If your computer is on a network you could transfer files to another pc?

Or even bluetooth
