Glad to find this forum. Hope to spend alot of time here in the future.

Sadly my 1st post, I am seeking your help. I recently got broadband and therefore want a really good security software on my pc. I had avast anivirus and comodo firewall. I went to uninstall them both.

However after I thought I did, security center is telling me they are still there. I tried reinstalling, shutting each down and uninstalled again. Still they're in S. Center.
I done a search for each promgram. They seem both leave 2 folders and two files.

If I use search. again, will it work if I right click on them and choose to delete these?

Would Ashpoo Uninstaller Platinum 2 work? I only heard of it today.

I want to install Kaspersky internet security.

Have you tried running the Avast Uninstall Utility??

Yes, I have tried that too. Thanks. Still doesn't work. Trying to find solution to this as I can't afford at the moment to leave it into a PC Store to fix, with what they charge.
