Spyware or malware has turned off all my services on my HP Vectra VLi8 pc with Win XP Pro. I ran hijack this with little or no major problems or solutions. I ran Spy bot and nothing serious came up. I use Zone Alarm and AVG, no help. I can not get back on internet. What free anti spyware, anti spam, anti trojan programs, etc, will 1. Identify the mal-ware. 2. remove the material, and 3. method to recommend turning back on all my services at one time w/o having to go in individually. Thanks echo0505.

If you have zone alarm installed there maybe an update you recived from Microsoft for it.This update needs to be uninstalled via add and remove.

You need to locate this update.

This update is the possible cause of no internet.
