Default firefox pop-ups

Hi,

I've done a deep scan with Avast Antivirus, and it has found nothing.

I keep on getting these pop-ups sometimes web poker, sometimes pages that I hope to god no one else is in the room. It's ben happening for a few months now, and I've gotten sick of them.

I have a hijackthis log, and I can't see anything out-of-the-ordinary, and I'm unsure whether sometihng like this may be in the processes.

So are there any reccomendations? Should i submit a hijackthis log, or do i have to do as you tell everyone else, download **** AVG and do a scan in safe-mode, and then the doctor in the morning?

Thanks.

Doing the prework would be a good idea.

Also, installing adblock/adblock plus with a decent filter set would be a good idea and will probably stop most of this, however, make sure you whitelist any sites you visit regularly otherwise it will hide the ads, which means you can't contribute by clicking a couple of ads now and then
