The sender of the email is using Comcast as their ISP from a Comcast email address...not really sure how it's configured on her end (Outlook, Outlook Express, etc.) The entended receipent of the email is using Outlook configured for an Exchange server. The sender emails a particular user and it bounces back with the above message. She can, however, send emails to others in the same domain with no problem. Not sure if the the sender has somehow blacklisted the address she is trying to email.
