Default [Answered] Rundll32.exe on startup

Hi, I have recently installed drivers for a new graphics card and have noticed another instance of rundll32.exe always on the processes. There used to somtimes be one on prcesses, but now in some casses there is two, one is always on.
I had a look at startup programs and it looks like it has been set to start.
I have attached a log from spybot that has all the startup programs.
If someone could see whether the log is ok I would appreciate it.

Thanks, Jake

I think that the rundll32.exe is normal because a freind with the same nvidia drivers has this happen to.

Thanks, Jake

yes, jake, rundll32.exe is rather important. You could safely say that without it, your machine would not run correctly, or at all.

thanks,

v
