Zonealarm has popped up before a few times saying that Windows Defender Command Line Utility is trying to access the internet. Has this ever happened to anyone else?
should I allow it?

Hi Jakedudue182,

Welcome to The site,

Windows defender is the MS anti spyware/popup software. You can allow it to access the internet as it's probably trying to get updates. If you do want to get rid of it, you can use the add remove programs in control panel.
