I am an owner of an internet shop.i just want to ask why my internet shop could not log -in to their friendster accounts? whenever a user log- in, it always goes back to its friendster home page. Please let me know what are the things i could do. Users could not log- in from every station in our internet cafe. Please help, or refer me to someone who could help me.

I already reset all settings under internet explorer, even delete cookies and followed instructions under your help menu, however nothing happened. I even reformatted our drive, however our computer still cant log-in to friendster? I used different computer and use or own lines and it could log-on while our computer stil cannot? I think our server was hacked. Can we do something about it? Please help. I would really appreciate it.

Hi Josh, Sorry about the delay in getting back to you.

Can you please follow the prework link in my signiture on the server, and post the resulting logs? The security team will have a look over it all for you.

It also could still be at your Internet Providers end...it might be worth while checking with them, and 'friendster's end as well...just to make sure it's something wrong with your cafe and not their servers.
