I think the situation would be wholly different if someone actually connected with this site was going out of their way to criticize a piece of software or hardware without a balanced and objective view. The disclaimer is there to protect us against the comments of members only really....

Hengis, just a forewarning, you better watch out for the American companies, should they sue you, you will suffer in the extremely liberal American Court System.

I (We) have nothing to fear - like the saying goes - "Keep your nose clean and you'll be ok". We are a very clean-living forum. We do not condone anything illegal and we always offer balanced views and opinions.

No, Hengis said it coorect, as long as no one is going and blah blah is such a bad program and blah blah yadda yadda, nothings going to happen. Like I said PCpitstop was the second largest pc help site and was affilited with a very big company, We are a member/ mod supported site. ?I wouldnt worry about it. Untill we become the number 1 site

Interested to know Merlin but if PCPitstop was the second largest, who was the largest at the time?

I would say that Experts Exchange and Tech Guy are definitely the leaders in this type of forum
