That is pretty bad that a site was sued for calling a piece of Adware "Adware" :P. What will they think of next? Actually, alot of anti-spyware companies are getting sued by spyware/adware vendors to get their "product" taken off of the black list...

Ya in conncept PCHF can get sued, anyone that calls adaware what it is adaware, can be sued for Lible(sp? :-D)

Did you read pcpitstop's? I mean they are'nt going to sue. But at the time Pcpitstop was connected to PC magazine and I think they tried to sue them becuaase it would bring alot of press. Like Andtech was almost sued, just saying its a shame these company's know what there doing is wrong (for the most part) and they try to sue you for trying to fix the stuff the proggies break
