Smile Corsair 650 Watt Power Supply (TX650W)

I bought this unit knowing full well that 4 of the 64 reviews were Very Poor (1) and 1 was a Poor (2) @ Newegg. Add mine to the mix (DOA) and that's over 9% failure rate. Corsair wants to blame 'rough handling' during shipment for the high failure rate. That's a load of Bull Waste.

The SAME companies ship all the hardware out of China and some equipment makes it just fine, others arrive DOA. IMO, poor workmanship is to blame. I need my head examined for not buying one from Directron and paying the small charge to have it tested BEFORE shipment to me. Live and learn...........

Please disregard the posted ratings because some don't apply to a power supply (Graphics & Sound), and the rest (Useability & Value) should be ZERO!!

Problem solved..............

Newegg paid for return shipping, I'm getting a FULL refund (no restocking fee), and I'll order the same PSU from a supplier who will test it before shipping. Cost + testing from the 'new' vendor is the same as my original price WITHOUT testing.
