PSU and Overheating Issues - Help please ... blank screen posted in the Hardware forums; yes, HDD worked fone as a slave on my PC. And I tried a brand new video card on the non-working PC, did not work. Oh well... ordering MB now, ...

yes, HDD worked fone as a slave on my PC.

Oh well... ordering MB now, hopefully that's the problem!

yeah, thanks... I was able to find the same exact MB for $85 online, I just hope that that is the problem, and not the processor!

Do you get any beep codes on startup?besides first post beep?

no, the only time i got any beeps was if I tried to start it without any RAM... Those beeps came from inside the computer though

I didn't have speakers hooked up to it, so I don't know if it was maing any other beeps...do you think i should hook up speakers and listen for beeps?

The beeps usaly come from the mainboard speaker.

Motherboard was bad... just replaced it, works like a charm!
