my gateway 2000 desktop isn't powering on, I have multiple Power Adapters, none of them work, so there must be a short somewhere.

Do you mean the fans do not spin?Any lights on front of PC or mainboard etc?A little more information please.

The fan won't fan isn't coming on, or th LEDs on the front

Did you experience any problems with the computer before this occured?Like maybe a power out?

Have you tried another power cord?
Could you open her up and check all connections inside are secure?

What do you mean by multiple power adaptors?
Do you have a spare power supply you could test this computer with?

no problems have occured, I have 3 of the same power cables but they don't work. I try to open it up. but, this is the ONLY problem i've had with it, because Gateway Pwns!

Then it proberly is not the power cables.
Is this pc still under warranty?

Is it possible you could open her up and check all connections are secured in the correct places?

The warrenty is WAY out of date, 90 Day Warrenty (why not a Lifetime?), so ill have to open this baby up
