Default Computer Power Problems

My PC has a problem. When I turn it on it stays on until the boot screen displays.Then it dies(goes off). What must I do. Is it my Graphics card or
power supply?Ram maybe?Hardrive? What is going on?

if you machine is powering up then shutting down it could anything from the power supply to the cpu. when did this start to happen?

If the PC is on long enough, try to boot into the Safe Mode.
1. Can you do that?
